You don’t have to go to London to enjoy the Last Night of the Proms. Cholmondeley Castle Gardens stages an annual “Last Night at the Proms” style event with an outdoor concert and firework display. Sit on the lawn in the shadow of the romantic Gothic Castle and enjoy the music and beautiful setting of the Meres and Park. The 2008 concert will follow the theme of Cheshire Year of Gardens. The Gardens include a water garden, lakeside walk with picnic site, rose garden and mixed herbaceous borders.
