A weekend of fun and excitement awaits when the annual balloon festival gets underway at Towneley Hall, Burnley. A real treat for all the family with huge hot air balloons floating in the sky above the town and surrounding hills. See how balloons are inflated and watch the mass launch of balloons of all shapes and sizes take to the sky. The highlight of the weekend is a fireworks display and ‘Nightglow’ where the balloons light up to music
