World Horse Welfare Penny Farm Open Day is the biggest event in the farm's year! Gates open at 10am for a fun packed day of demonstrations, childrens activities and loads more. Enjoy displays and demonstrations from the horses and riders of the Kings Troop RHA in the main ring. You'll be impressed by their horsemanship and skill, not to mention the equestrian beauty of the horses on parade. There's plenty for non-horsey types with Made in Lancashire Food stalls, children's entertainers, fairground rides, bands, donkey rides and lots more. This is a great day out for the whole family. Admission charge is £2 for adults and £1 for children
